    Installer independence & compact dashboard

    Self-contained production installer with offline speech model, compact no-scroll dashboard, CILE Adaptive Intelligence, and a fixed launch-after-install path. Previous releases remain available.

    Features

    • Self-contained installer (Python/VC++ runtimes, OpenLP plugin markers, CILE + Recognition Sandbox)
    • Offline Whisper base model bundled for first-run recognition without a download
    • Compact single-viewport dashboard with tabbed Service / Commands / Health / Tests
    • CILE Adaptive Intelligence, Twi language support, Service Mode, Recognition Sandbox
    • Post-install Launch Church AI checkbox starts the app correctly
    • Plugin removed on uninstall; config and Adaptive data preserved on upgrades

    Bug fixes

    • Finish-page Launch option no longer fails silently after Setup
    • Clean-PC OpenLP plugin package markers install correctly
    • Installer no longer nests previous Setup/ZIP artifacts inside the package

    Known issues

    • Installer is not Authenticode-signed — SmartScreen may prompt on first download
    • Larger Whisper models (medium/large) download when selected if not already present

    Clearer dashboard wording for mic and provider smoke tests, plus improved Voice Test feedback when Bible or song commands are recognized.

    • Clearer live-listening messages when speech is heard but no command matches

    • Reduced confusion between mic Voice Test and fixed provider smoke tests (John 3:16 / Amazing Grace)

    • In-app update notifications still download via the official website
